instruction for individuals or groups, and blow your own glass walk in

We will try to accommodate
your desires to the best of our ability.
PRIVATE CLASSES:
$100 per hour per work station: includes instruction, color, tools and annealing.
You can have 2 people at one workstation to split the cost. Pick up what you
make the next working day or have us ship it to you. 2 hour minimum required
per person and if a beginner at least 3 hours is recommended. Groups are
welcome; call for rates.
Workstations
are booked based on receipt of a 50% deposit.
Introduction
to Glassblowing
Here is the
opportunity to start your glassblowing adventures. You will learn about shop
safety, tools, equipment and how to gather molten glass from the furnace onto a
blowpipe. Then you will gather and apply color to sculpt a unique paperweight
and blow a bubble to create a one of a kind drinking glass.
Beginning
Glassblowing 1
Review
glass shop basics and then move into creating different shapes while using
transparent colors. This class has a hand’s on focus of understanding the blown
bubble and how it evolves into basic shapes. Prerequisite Introduction to Glassblowing
Beginning Glassblowing II
Continue
learning the fundamentals of working with hot glass. We will build upon
your skills continuing to focus on the blown bubble and shapes while learning
new specialized color applications. Prerequisite Beginner Glassblowing

BLOW YOUR OWN
GLASS: WALK IN WORKSHOPS
SECOND
SATURDAYS or BY APPOINTMENT
9 am-1 pm
Walk in,
design and blow your own ornament, float, or paperweight with the guidance of
our skilled and personable glassblowers. It only takes about 45 minutes and you
have your own handcrafted keepsake to treasure!
$75 per
person
$10 to ship
it to you or pick up what you made after 10 am
the next day.
