Satisfaction

• All merchandise is handcrafted and there will be slight differences in each unique piece.
• Normally you should allow eight to twelve weeks for manufacturing and shipping. Shipping from our studio in Ashland, Oregon will be by FedEx or UPS ground or by USPS. Please allow five working days to process your order and schedule manufacturing. We will then contact you with an estimated shipping date. For expediting delivery please email or call the gallery at the time of ordering we will always try to accommodate your needs.
• Notify us within seven days of receipt if merchandise is damaged, after verification of damage, the item will be replaced without charge. Undamaged merchandise may be returned, at customer expense and with prior authorization within seven days of receipt, for store credit less a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. All custom order sales are final.
• Payments are due prior to manufacturing and can be made by VISA, MasterCard, Check or Money Order.

Shipping

Shipping from Ashland, Oregon will be FedEx and UPS ground services and USPS. Please allow 3 days for your order to be processed. Then a sales associate will contact you about the target ship date. To expedite shipping please e-mail or call the gallery to make arrangements.

About Us

Gathering Glass Studio, founded in 2001, is located in Ashland's historic railroad district, just 3 blocks down from the Shakespeare Festival. We believe glassblowing, as an interesting and unique art form, should be shared with the public. Our gallery and studio are open to the public during all business hours and we welcome visitors to browse, observe and ask questions.
